Small Batch Prodcution. Medium bodied Cabernet Franc with elegant texture and roundness.
Flavours of ripe currants and sweet pepper combine with a subtle tannin structure and a smooth finish.
 
2019 Field Blend
Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Cabernet Franc (30%),
Merlot (25%) and Shiraz (10%). This small batch is picked, blended then
co-fermented to enhance the fusion of these unique varietal characters

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety makes up over 50% of our vineyard. This is a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with delicous blackcurrant flavours and cellaring potential of 8 years.
